MISSION STATEMENT

•	Uniform interpretation of any UNCITRAL Model Law can only occur where as many cases, Clouts and Abstracts as possible are provided together with a simple search mechanism. This site follows the general missions of UNCITRAL by concentrating upon the UNCITRAL Model Arbitration Law.
•	The service of collecting and disseminating information on case law and national legislation in the field of the law of Arbitration is the function of this site.
•	UNCITRAL desires a wider acceptance of the Model Arbitration Law. This site provides the materials needed to achieve that aim as well as supports the work of UNCITRAL in every way possible.
•	All material, both Clouts, Clout full cases, UNCITRAL material and Model Law related legislation are free by arrangement with UNCITRAL. There is a charge for access to our Abstracts symbolized by a: $ next to the case number. All searches are free. Also available are Working Papers, and digests.
•	The existence of this site is only possible by reason of the goodwill and support that it has received from UNCITRAL and ITC.
